Congress has said responsibility of functioning of Parliament lies with the government and not with the Opposition. Talking to media outside Parliament today, party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi asked why government is blaming the opposition for non functioning of Lok Sabha when it is in majority. Mr Singhvi alleged that organised disruption is being done in Lok Sabha by government.<br/><br/>Mr Singhvi also said, security and privacy of digital accounts should be maintained and government should ensure security of e- transactions. He added that e-wallet transactions should be secured in view of promoting cashless economy. He pointed out that servers of National Payments Corporation of India, NPCI have reportedly been hacked.
