<span style="color: #222222;">President's Medals have been awarded to Fire Service, Home Guards and Civil Defence personnel on the occasion of Republic Day this year. The Home Ministry has informed that as many as 47 personnel have received Fire Service Medals. Out of these, the Fire Service Medal for Gallantry is awarded to two personnel for their act of valour and gallantry.
