<span style="color: #222222;">Bihar Governor Phagu Chauhan unfurled tri colour at Gandhi maidan in Patna. Addressing on this occasion Mr Chauhan exhorted people to come forward for covid vaccination to contain pandemic. The governor said over 11 crore people of the state have already been vaccinated and the vaccination is being carried out in mission mode. Describing achievements of government the governor said rule of law has been established in the state.</span>
