Representatives from more than 40 countries are meeting in Ukraine's capital, Kiev, today to raise money to deal with the ongoing consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor accident 25 years ago. The Ukrainian government says it needs more than a billion dollars to build a new cover for the wreckage.
