Supreme Court today said that the issue of repatriation of injured Pakistani prisoner Sanaullah Ranjay does not arise as he has not completed his jail term.

The apex court has also sought explanation from Centre, J&K government why adequate steps not taken to prevent assault on Sanaullah.
