Congress has termed as "unfortunate" the remarks made by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley that those returning awards were "rabid anti-BJP elements" and their protest was a 'manufactured' rebellion.<br/><br/>Congress spokesperson Ajoy Kumar told reporters in New Delhi yesterday that it was a bad choice of words by Mr Jaitley. Mr Kumar said if you look at most of protesting writers, they have protested even against the Congress.
