He said, this helped in reforming the human mind and building a value-based society. The Chief Minister was speaking at the launch of the Asom Darshan Scheme in Guwahati today.<br />''<br />''Under this scheme, the Assam Government has adopted a comprehensive plan to develop religious places of all faiths including 915 institutions with a budgetary allocation of 710 crore rupees.
