In Jammu and Kashmir, relief materials are being distributed among the flood affected people in the Leh district. The Army and Para military forces along with the NGOs are involved in providing relief, efforts to restore public utilities are also continuing in full swing. AIR correspondent reports, the Defence Minister A.K. Antony and All India Congress Committee General Secretary, Rahul Gandhi are visiting Leh district today to take stock of flood relief operations. Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh is scheduled to visit Leh tomorrow.
