The Obama Administration has said that relationship between the US and China is one of the most important and complex relationships in the world today. Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs, P J Crowley told this to reporters in response to a question on reports that China was apparently not on the same page with the US and other countries on the issue of Iran. Crowley said US-China relationship was much broader, much deeper, much more stable than it had been at any point in the last 20 or 30 years. He said US regularly discuss with China on a host of issues like the role that they play within the Security Council, on climate change, on the global economic situation and on regional security.Crowly added that the international community was united in its concern about the risk that Iran poses to the region and more broadly.
