Institutes and Laboratories which have the capacity and expertise for sample collection, handling and processing and testing serve as the hubs. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">They include a number of laboratories which have RT PCR machines and the requisite manpower as their extended Testing facilities.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Hubs are Government laboratories approved as per ICMR guidelines. So far, 19 Regional clusters have been established in  places like Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram, Mumbai and Pune. About 100 institutions have been involved and over 1 lakh 60 thousand samples tested.</span><br />''
