Reforms is not about one sensational idea: Arun Jaitley at WEF

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said that reforms are not about one sensational idea and it will take a lot of time to rectify the economy. Speaking at World Economic Forum Summit, Mr Jaitley said in New Delhi that he is satisfied with the beginning the NDA government has made. He also said that India is not opposed to trade facilitation under World Trade Organization.

Mr. Jaitley said India has welcomed large investment made by international investors in infrastructure. He also said if initial experiment in foreign investment in railway succeeds, it will probably lead to further opening. Mr Jaitley said that government will pass insurance bill in the winter session.
