Minister of state for Information and Broadcasting S Jagathrakshakan on Tuesday released Reference Annual- India 2011, at a function in New Delhi. Mr Jagathrashakan expressed hope that its popularity would be increased if this would be available in other Indian languages. He said 'India 2011' should achieve a target sale of 1 lakh copies. Last year over 50 thousand copies were sold. Information and Broadcasting secretary Raghu Menon said availability of the book should be widespread. Mr Menon said there is a need to revamp the marketing activity of the Publications Division.
