<br/>Facing allegations of illegal mining, Karnataka ministers G Janardhan Reddy and G Karuanakar Reddy today met senior BJP leader Sushma Swaraj and Chief Minister B.S.Yeddyurappa in New Delhi who is under mounting pressure to sack them.<br/><br/>The meeting between the Reddy brothers and the Chief Minister came a day after Yeddyurappa held a series of meetings with Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Home Minister P Chidambaram and senior BJP leaders L K Advani and Nitin Gadkari. <br/><br/>He virtually ruled out the sacking of his two ministers allegedly involved in the mining scam. Mr. Yeddyurappa also rejected the demand for handing over the illegal mining case to the CBI. He submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister demanding a ban on iron ore exports and urged him to convene a meeting of Chief Ministers to discuss the illegal mining issue.
