The Red Ribbon Express aimed at creating awareness about HIV/AIDS has reached Tirunelveli in Tamil Nadu today.The Red Ribbon Express has reached Tirunelveli from Kanniyakumari today. Hundreds of people have shown keen interest in seeing the exhibition which is thrown open for public from 8 AM to 6 PM. The first four compartments has touch screen kiosks, details on treatment and care of HIV patients, information on counseling of HIV patients general hygiene, total sanitation, and information about diseases like TB. The fifth compartment has facility for conducting seminars and the sixth has advisers, and doctors who will interact with visitors. The train will be moving later to Dindigul, Karur, Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai, Nagapattinam and Vellore. The Red ribbon Express will be reaching Chennai Central on 27th of this month.
