In Haryana, Home department has issued red alert in view of the information that the terrorist could enter Haryana in the dress of Kanwarias ( shiv devotees). The police sources said that the police is on alert and vigil would be kept on the Kanwarias, when they will pass through Haryana during their religious journey.
