<span style="color: #222222;">In the union territory of Puducherry, the recovery rate from COVID-19 pandemic has increased to 60.66 per cent while the mortality rate is 1.4 per cent.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Correspondent reports, according to the COVID 19 status report for today released by the Puducherry Health Department, as many as 200 persons were tested positive for the CoronaVirus Disease and one person died in the last 24 hours, leaving 1,445 active cases. Of the 200 new cases 161 cases were reported in the Puducherry region, 7 in Karaikal and 32 in Yanam. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">So far 3,806 persons have been infected by the virus of which 2,309 have been treated and discharged, and 52 died leaving 1,445 active cases. Presently, no COVID cases are there in the Mahe region of the Union Territory.</span><br />
