He said that Start Ups are no longer concentrated in Tier I cities alone but have also come up in big numbers in Tier II and Tier III cities.<br />''<br />''He attributed this to various programmes implemented by the government under Start Up India initiative to recognise, develop and promote the Start Ups to be able to raise private investment.</span><br />
