Divisional commissioner of Kumaon Sushil Kumar told the media in Haldwani that the loss to private property will be ascertained after a ground survey is held by the officials concerned which will take time. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a ground survey of the affected areas of Pauri Garhwal and Chamoli districts yesterday and met the families of the deceased, and assured them all possible help from his government.
