Union Minister and BJP leader Kiren Rijiju has said that the recent decision to withdraw Armed Forces Special  Powers Act, AFSPA from major areas of Assam, Nagaland and  Manipur is a revolutionary decision.  He said, when AFSPA is withdrawn, it means that peace has returned to that area.
