<span style="color: #222222;">Central Public Sector Undertaking, REC Limited, is spearheading the mission to feed medical staff in key government hospitals as well as poor daily wage labourers across the nation. The Power Finance Corporation through its Corporate Social Responsibility arm, REC Foundation, has partnered with TajSATS to distribute nutritious meal packets for medical staff in Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi. Every day, 300 food packets are being delivered to the front line health care warriors of New Delhi.<br />''<br />''REC in collaboration with various district authorities, NGOs and Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOMS) is also providing cooked meals and ration to the needy across the nation. This initiative was started when the country went under a nation-wide lockdown and will continue till the imposition of nationwide lockdown. The corporation has already distributed more than four lakh 50 thousand Kilograms of food grains, over one lakh 20 thousand meal packets, nine thousand 600 litres of sanitizers, three thousand 400 PPE kits and 83 thousand masks in the country.</span><br />
