Rebuilding Haiti to take 10 years, says Candian PM

<br/>The Candian Prime Minister Stephen Harper says it will take at least 10 years to rebuild Haiti after this month's devastating earthquake. Mr. Harper was hosting international talks in Montreal on reconstruction. He said international donors had to provide more than just emergency relief. The meeting agreed to organise a donors' conference in March to charter course for long term recovery.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Haiti's President Rene Preval made an urgent appeal for tents to house house upto a million people made homeless by the earthquake. Mr. Preval said 200,000 tents were needed before the expected start of the rainy season in May.<br/>Aid agencies are still struggling to get food and water to survivors of the earthquake.
