Ready to talk to all: Home Secy

<br/>The Center says it is ready to talk to all shades of opinion in Jammu and Kashmir. Talking exclusively to AIR news, Union Home Secretary G K Pillai said that the government was already having discussions with Mir Waiz, Yaseen Malik and others before they were frightened away by the vested elements.<br/><br/>Pillai expressed the hope that they will realise the importance of keeping the dialogue open and come back to talks. The Home Secretary said the LeT, Hizbul Mujahideen and the separatists elements have been making efforts to disturb the peace and create public disorder.<br/><br/>Pillai also said that a number of intercepts clearly point out those large sums of money is being sent to create trouble and to indulge in stone pelting in the valley.<br/><br/>He said that 12 cases of illegitimate sources of money have come to light and action has been taken in this regard. He said the government is keen to withdraw the army from the troubled towns of the valley at the earliest. The army was called in recently at the request of the state government following incidents of violence.<br/>
