Ready to quit CWG if PM desires: Kalmadi

The Chairaman of the Commonwealth Games Organizing committee, Suresh Kalmadi today refused to resign over allegations of corruption in preparation of games. He was talking to media persons in New Delhi after unveiling gold, silver and bronze medals for the games, he however added that he will quit if Prime Minister asks him to do so.Mr. Kalmadi hoped that Indian players will perform better at the games this time. As reported that the Commonwealth Games Organizing committee yesterday suspended two top officials and removed another following a report of three member panel which probed the financial irregularities related to the queen's baton relay.
