The Congress Party today said that it will react to Income Tax Appellate Tribunal order on Bofors issue only after a detailed study of the report. Congress spokesman Abhishek Singhvi assured that the Party will respond to the report appropriately after studying it. BJP on the other hand demanded constitution of a special investigation team to look into the Tribunal order, imposing tax liability on Quattrochi and Win Chaddha, in the Bofors case. The party spokesman Arun Jaitley alleged that the tribunal order has opened the issue of reported illegal transactions in the case.
