<br/>RBI reveals bank loans to agriculture sector up to 12.1% in September qtr<br/>'<br/>Reserve Bank has revealed that bank loans to agricultural sector increased marginally to 12.1 percent from 11.9 percent in the quarter ending September 2016. <br/><br/>On the other hand, bank loans to industry declined marginally to 40.1 percent in July-September quarter from 40.7 percent in the first quarter. A RBI press release informed that share of housing loans rose to 10.6 percent from 10.4 percent while vehicle loans rose marginally to 2.1 percent from 2 percent. <br/><br/>This data is based on the figures provided by 91 schedule commercial banks, excluding Regional Rural Banks.<br/>
