RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan has slammed International Monetary Fund (IMF) for applauding accommodative policies of developed nations which have affected the emerging markets.Addressing a function in Mumbai, Dr. Rajan said no central bank has a mandate for the world but if a central bank creates problems for other countries institutions like IMF need to take notice but the organisation has been sitting on the sidelines applauding these kinds of policies.Dr. Rajan, who has held the position of the chief economist of IMF said central banks across the world are worried about deflation and want to promote growth to avert deflation at any cost.
