Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today criticized Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for accusing the government of helping black money hoarders by amending Income Tax Law.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament, Mr Prasad asked Mr Gandhi to give such a statement inside Parliament. He questioned why the Congress is shying away from the debate on demonetisation.<br/><br/>Earlier, Mr Gandhi alleged that amendment to the Income Tax law, passed in Lok Sabha yesterday, would help black money hoarders as it will now legitimise half of their unaccounted cash.
