<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Rattan Lal Kataria today lauded the efforts of corporate sector in promoting gender equality at the workplace. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Addressing ASSOCHAM Conference-cum-Awards on Diversity & Inclusion held in New Delhi today, the minister stressed that more needs to be done to ensure representation of LGBT community, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and weaker sections of society in the corporate organizations. <br />'' <br />'' Minister gave away the awards to corporates in recognition of their significant efforts towards incorporating diversity and inclusiveness at its workplace. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He spoke of recent reforms of the government like maternity leave benefits, day-care facilities and measures to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace that are received well across the organizations. </span><br />
