Thirty eight meeting of the Council of the Regional Anti Terrorist Structure of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (RATS SCO) was held in New Delhi today. <br />'' <br />'' Briefing the media in New Delhi today, Deputy National Security Advisor Datta Padsalgikar said, a decision was taken by the member states to counter the challenges and threats posed by different international terrorist groups from the territory of Afghanistan. <br />''<br />''He said, the member states also agreed to organize and conduct a joint border operation with the forces called as Solidarity 2023 which will be organized by China. <br />'' <b>&nbsp;</b><b>&nbsp;&nbsp;</b><br />'' The meeting was attended by the delegations of India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Executive Committee of the RATS SCO. Member states reached to an agreement to hold the next meeting of the RATS SCO council in March next year in Tashkent. In the meeting, the chairmanship in the RATS SCO was passed from India to Kazakhstan.<br />
