Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Minister Col. Rajyavardhan Rathore has termed the surgical strikes carried out by the Army as a pre-emptive action against terrorists. He told media in New Delhi that no territorial violations have been committed during the operations since Pakistan Occupied Kashmir is very much a part of India. <br/><br/>Col Rathore said the surgical strikes were not a military operation but anti-terrorist excercise. He said India is not fond of going into such offensives and acts with great restraint but, will take action to protect its citizens.
