In Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Brijendra Singh Rathore, MLA from Pritvipur legislative constituency, took oath in the state assembly today. He is the main accused in the BJP MLA Sunil Nayak murder case and was on the run for the last 11 months. The Supreme Court has granted him anticipatory bail. Earlier Mr. Rathore’s bail plea had rejected in August this year by the MP high court.<br/><br/>
