Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has denied saying that government will explore every possible means to neutralise India's enemies.<br/><br/>In a series of tweets, the Minister said incorrect version of what he said on Dawood Ibrahim has been attributed to him. Mr Rathore said he spoke about dossier diplomacy.<br/><br/>Earlier, media reports quoted the Minister as saying that government may carry out a covert operation to neutralise Pakistan-based terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim and Hafiz Saeed.
