Tata Group Chairman, Ratan Tata today moved the Supreme Court against the leakage of Niira Radia tapes containing his conversation with the corporate lobbyist. In his petition he sought restraint on the publication of the tapped conversation between him and Niira Radia. The petition also asked for action against those who leaked his conversation with Radia claiming his right to privacy was violated.Tata argued in the petition that some of the conversation between Tata and Radia, whose public relations firms were engaged by the group, relate to personal details that could no way be part of investigation.
