The Chief of the Tata Group of Industries Mr. Ratan Tata has said that, there is no change in their plans of investing in West Bengal. Addressing a gathering in Kolkata on Monday Mr. Tata regretted that his company was not able to set up the Nano plant in Singur. But Mr. Tata did not make it clear as to what his company intends to do with the land acquisitioned at Singur.
