Tata Group Chairman Ratan Tata today said that there is no change in his plan to retire in 2012. Talking to the media on the sidelines of a function in Dehradun, he said his successor will be committed to ethics and values. Earlier, Mr Tata delivered 8th Uttarakhand Foundation Lecture on "India in the 21st Century: Opportunities and Challenges" on the occasion of 10th anniversary of formation of the hill state in Dehradun.
