The MLAs had been under the scanner for praising   Nitish Kumar-led government in the state for quite some time.  Assembly elections in Bihar are due in October-November and the tenure of the current Assembly is scheduled to end on November 29.<br />'' <br />''Meanwhile, in another political development, JD (U) expelled Industry Minister Shyam Rajak  from the party due to his anti-party activities. State Party President Vashistha Narayan Singh said Rajak was involved in anti-party activities. Sources said Shyam Rajak is likely to join RJD.</span>
