The independent Member of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Er. Abdul Rasheed was marshaled out of the House today once again during the ongoing budget session of the State Legislature in the State’s winter capital Jammu. <br/><br/>Mr. Rasheed was demanding the Bill on Inter District Recruitment in the State be tabled in the Legislative Assembly. Despite the frequent warnings from the Speaker of the House Mohd. Akbar Lone, Mr. Rasheed went into the Well of the House and protesting in the support of his demand raised hue and cry there. <br/><br/>Complying not with the instructions of the Speaker the Member was marshaled out for not maintaining the decorum of the House. This was followed by the walk out of some of the members of the ruling party National Conference on the same issue from the House. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, the members of BJP, National Panthers Party and Jammu State Morcha also staged walkout from the House in the support of their demand for issuing Dogra Certificates to the Dogra people of Jammu. However, the members of the main opposition party remained absent from the House.
