Ranveer Sena Chief shot dead; curfew clamped in Bhojpur, Bihar

In Bihar unidentified miscreants gunned down Brahmeshwar Mukhiya founder of ersthwhile outlawed Ranveer Sena at Ara in Bhopur district of the state this morning. The miscreants attacked Mukhiya when he was taking morning walk. The incident occured at Katira Mohalla under Nawada police station of the district. Brahameswar Mukhiya, who was earlier facing life imprisonment in Bathani Tola massacre cases, was acquitted and released from jail in April this year.As the news of the killing spread, hundreds of his followers torched the circuit house and Sadar Block office of the district. As violence spread to other areas, the district dministration has clamped curfew to control the situation. An alert has been sounded in adjoining districts of Aurangabad, Rohtash Gaya and Arawal.
