Mr. Rangaswamy the founder leader of All India NR Congress was sworn in as the 18th Chief Minister of the Union Territory of Puducherry today. This is his third term asChief Minister. In a simple function held at Raj Niwas, the Lt.Governor Dr.Iqwal administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr.Rangaswamy. The Union Minister V. Narayananswamy, Rajya Sabha MP Kannan the outgoing Chief Minister V. Vaidhyalingam, his cabinet colleagues, leaders of various political parties and senior officials were present on the occasion.
