The N.R. Congress Leader, N. Rangasamy will be sworn-in as Chief Minister of Puducherry tomorrow. Raj Nivas sources said, Lt. Governor Iqbal Singh will administer the oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Rangasamy at 3.30 P.M. The other Ministers will sworn-in at a later date.Earlier in the morning, Mr. Rangasamy met the Lt. Governor at Raj Nivas and staked his claim to form a new government.In the recently held Assembly Elections, the N.R. Congress bagged 15 seats in the 30 Member Assembly. The lone independent has also extended the support to N.R. Congress.
