Terror suspect Tahawwur Hussain Rana was denied bail by a US court. US Magistrate Judge Nan Nolan said Rana is a "risk of flight" as he had travelled extensively outside the US, possessed significant financial resources and had expertise in immigration business.At the outset of the hearing, Defence and the prosecution discussed the government's memo which alleged that Rana was aware of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks and had complimented the members of Lashkar-e-Toiba. Rana's lawyer Patrick Blegen said his client is disappointed that the bail is not granted.
