Ramkumar Ramanathan enters singles QF match of TF Men's Futures Tennis Tournament

Ramkumar Ramanathan of India, entered singles quarter-final match of the ITF Men's Futures Tennis Tournament in Turkey today. In his second round match, the third seeded Ramkumar ousted Romain Bauvy of France in straight sets 6-1, 6-3. He will now be challenged by sixth seeded Borna Coric of Croatia for a semi-final berth.In another leg of ITF Men's Futures Tennis Tournament being held in Chinese Taipei, India's young tennis lad Yuki Bhambri moved into the second round of singles event today. He advanced to the next round by defeating Chieh-Fu Wang of Taipei in straight sets 6-2, 6-3. He will next meet third seed Hiroki Kondo of Japan.Meanwhile, in another ITF Men's Tennis Tournament in Canada, India's Vijayant Malik and his Bulgarian partner Dimitar Kutrovsky defeated Tommy Mlnikov of Canada and Elias Ymer of Sweden in straight sets 6-3 6-4 to enter second round in doubles event.
