Union Minister for Human Resource Development Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank today launched the Central University of Odisha Helpline 'Bharosa' to relieve distress of student community during the difficult time of COVID-19 pandemic. The Helpline Number 080 46 80 10 10 was launched through a virtual platform in New Delhi. The helpline aims at providing Cognitive Emotional Rehabilitation Services to all University Students of Odisha.<br />''<br />''Speaking on the occasion, Mr Nishank outlined the efforts of the HRD Ministry in safeguarding the future of students.
