BJP leader Raman Singh has taken over as Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh for the third consecutive time.

Governor Shekhar Dutt administered the oath of office to Raman Singh in Raipur on Thursday.

BJP President Rajnath Singh, senior party leaders LK Advani, Nitin Gadkari, Uma Bharti and Chief Ministers from six states including Narender Modi attended the ceremony held at heavily guarded Police Parade Ground.
