Director General of Border Security Force Rakesh Asthana has been appointed as Commissioner of Delhi Police. He is a 1984-batch Indian Police Service officer from Gujarat Cadre. Mr Asthana was appointed as Delhi Police Chief, three days before he was to superannuate.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #000000;">Mr. S. S.
