Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has expressed sadness on the demise of former PIO of PIB Ram Mohan Rao. In a tweet, Mr Rathore said, Mr Rao was a stellar communicator and a warm human being.
