Rajya Sabha witnesses repeated adjournments due to ruckus in House

<span style="color: #222222;">Rajya Sabha today witnessed repeated adjournments on the issue of suspension of eight opposition MPs over the issue of yesterday's ruckus during the passage of two farm Bills.<br />''<br />''When the House reassembled at 11:07 AM after third adjournment, opposition members from Congress, Left, DMK, TMC, AAP, Samajwadi Party and others continued their protest. They were demanding to allow Leader of Opposition Gulam Nabi Azad to speak but the Deputy Chairman asked the suspended MPs to first leave the House.<br />''<br />''But the suspended members did not pay heed to the Chair's direction and started sloganeering. During this, some ruling members also raised counter slogans. As pandemonium prevailed unabated, the House was adjourned till 12 Noon.<br />''<br />''Earlier, the House witnessed three adjournments as opposition members came into the well and raised slogans. Members from Congress, Left, TMC, Samajwadi Party, AAP, DMK and others protested over the suspension of members and against the government.<br />''<br />''The repeated appeal by Deputy Chairman Harivansh for order in the House was in vain. He appealed to the eight suspended members to withdraw themselves from the House but they refused to leave the House.</span><br />
