The Rajya Sabha today resumed discussion on the Liberhan Commission report. Initiating the debate, Mr D Raja of CPI charged both the BJP and the Congress for the demolition of disputed structure at Ayodhya. Amidst interruptions by the Congress and BJP members, Mr Raja called for defeating the divisive politics in a bid to strengthen the secular ethos of the country. The debate is continuing and the Home Minister will respond in the afternoon.Yesterday, the discussion generated much heat in the House with Congress and SP squarely blaming the BJP for the demolition of the structure while BJP debunked the report.
