The Rajya Sabha today paid tributes to its former members of the House, Jai Narain Prasad Nishad and N Rajangam.  Making obituary references in the House, Chairman Venkaiah Naidu said in the passing away of Nishad, the country has lost a veteran freedom fighter, a distinguished parliamentarian and an able administrator. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Mr Naidu said with the death of N Rajangam, the country lost an able parliamentarian and a dedicated social worker. Later, the House observed silence as a mark of respect to the memory of the departed leaders.       </span><br />
