Rajya Sabha today paid its condolences on the passing away of former members KA. RA. Subbian, Shri Virendra Kataria, Manohar Parrikar,  Drupad Borgohain¸ Devi Prasad Singh,  Chaudhary Munvvar Saleem, Vasanthi Stanley, Vishwanatha Menon, Rajnath Singh 'Surya' and S. Sivasubramanian. Chair Person, M. Venkaiah Naidu paid rich tributes to them. Dr Singh also held the post of Prime Minister for two consecutive terms from 2004 to 2014.
